Before you book a trip with us, it's good to know that we'll give you helpful advice, pick you up on time, and work with qualified instructors and guides. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience.

• All trips include transfers, extra charge for pick up in Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh and El Gouna.
• Goggles and scarfs for the desert are to be bought,aon site.
• We don't sell trips to Dolphin House, the recent tragedy where a speed boat hit and killed a dolphin calf, confirmed our decision.
• We will contact you with your exact pickup details. Please send your room number via email or WhatsApp if possible.
• Pickup time depends on your hotel location—please confirm the exact time one day before the trip.
• Cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the activity begins and get a full refund, after that is 50%
• Itenarary for any trip is available at request and we always send it to you after booking
